About

From 2012 to 2015, MARA and OIMC successfully organised four editions of the MARA–OISCA International Business Forum (MOIBF). These programmes received strong participation, especially from Japanese entrepreneurs interested in forming business collaborations with Malaysian companies.

MOIBF 2026 brings together Malaysian, Japanese and ASEAN entrepreneurs under the shared commitment of cultivating trust and nurturing sustainability. Through meaningful dialogue, business matching, cultural exchange and environmental stewardship, the forum aims to build long-lasting partnerships that create value for people, industry and the planet.

Objective of the Forum

MOIBF 2026 aims to strengthen international collaboration, trade, investment and innovation through strategic engagement between industry players, entrepreneurs, technopreneurs and policymakers, with strong emphasis on future-ready sectors and sustainable growth.

The forum will feature keynote sessions, industry forums and business matching, providing direct access to partnerships, investment opportunities and cross-border market entry.

What is OISCA?

OISCA (The Organization for Industrial, Spiritual, and Cultural Advancement) is an international NGO founded in Japan in 1961. It works to protect the environment through sustainable farming, reforestation, and climate conservation. OISCA also trains youth, develops rural communities, and builds leadership skills. In addition, it promotes education and cultural exchange to strengthen international friendship and support community development through grassroots projects.

Global Presence

In order to promote sustainable development, OISCA conducts community training, environmental initiatives, and youth leadership programs in more than 30 countries, including Malaysia.
 
MARA represents Malaysia’s government-led entrepreneurship and education sector in the MARA–OISCA International Business Forum, with OISCA acting as the international development partner.

What is OISCA International Malaysian Chapter

OISCA International Malaysian Chapter is the official Malaysian branch of OISCA International, a Japan-based non-profit organization focused on community development, cultural exchange, environmental work, and human resource training. It works with local partners such as MARA and universities to provide Japanese language programs, industry exposure, youth leadership training, and internship or mobility opportunities in Japan to strengthen Malaysia–Japan cooperation.
